Our teen/adult program is designed for individuals looking to challenge themselves and improve their martial arts skills. This program offers a comprehensive approach to training, with a focus on technique, strength, and endurance. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this program is designed to help you reach your full potential and achieve your personal goals. With a supportive and inclusive community of peers, you will be inspired to push yourself and grow both physically and mentally in the art of martial arts. Useful tips for your trial class: 1. Be on-time. Ideally arrive ~ 5 minutes before class. 2. Please wear something comfortable for exercise. 3. Bring a bottle of water with you. You'll get sweaty. 4.
