Make-up Class Policy

 

Having a regular cadence and repetition is very important for martial arts trainings.  At Kung Fu Infinity Martial Arts School, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that students may miss a class from time to time. In order to ensure that our students receive the full benefits of their training, we offer the opportunity to make up missed classes.

Eligibility:

• Only students with active Kung Fu Infinity monthly memberships can request make-up classes. Once your membership lapses, your make-up requests will be automatically rejected.

• Make-up class requests should be made no later than two weeks after the missing classes.

• Monthly quota for make-up classes:

  • For one-class-per-week students, you can make up at most one class every month.

  • For two-class-per-week students, you can make up at most two classes every month.

Scheduling:

• Make-up classes are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Once a make-up class has been scheduled and attended, it is considered final and not re-schedulable.

• Make-up classes must be scheduled by using the following form.

 

Exceptions for our holiday closures:

• Schedule changes due to our holiday closures are exempt from the monthly quota above. However, you still need to maintain an active Kung Fu Infinity membership to request such make-up classes.

• Make-up class requests due to holiday closures should be made no later than 2 months after the missing classes.
