Service Description
Class availability: Tue/ Thur at 3:15pm, or Sat/Sun at 10:00am Useful tips for your trial class: 1. Be on-time. Ideally arrive ~ 10 minutes before class. 2. Please wear something comfortable for exercise. 3. Bring a bottle of water with you. You'll get sweaty. 4.
