For kids age 4 - 6. Each class is 30 minutes.

Service Description

This program is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of martial arts in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. Our program focuses on building motor skills, coordination, focus, and confidence while teaching basic martial arts techniques. With small class sizes and experienced instructors, each child will receive individualized attention and support as they develop their martial arts skills and grow in self-esteem. Class availability: Tue/ Thur at 3:15pm, or Sat/Sun at 10:00am Useful tips for your trial class: 1. Be on-time. Ideally arrive ~ 10 minutes before class. 2. Please wear something comfortable for exercise. 3. Bring a bottle of water with you. You'll get sweaty.
